Cannot connect to my frontpage?

The usual reason why someone cannot connect to the frontpage  in most cases is an improper pointing of the DNS nameservers. You can make a quick check on your side, using various tools, like DNSstuff. If the check confirms that the DNS pointing is the issue, you can easily change the nameservers:

  • if your domain is hosted with us, you can change the nameservers.
  • if your domain is hosted elsewhere, please contact your registrar for further information and assistance

Keep in mind that all DNS changes involve a global propagation period of up to 48 hours for the changes to take full effect. You should be able to properly view your frontpage afterwards.
